We specialize in but are not limited to Sterndrive I/O's, Jets, Inboards & V-Drives.

At Lakeside we Repair, Rebuild, Replace & Install many different makes and models of Drives and Transom assemblies for both performance & non-performance applications. We also offer & service new & rebuilt marine transmissions for both performance & non-performance applications. We also offer drive showers and shorty lower units for many different applications.

Konrad units all come standard with large HD spicer U joints, Oversized Bearings, thicker wall castings & continuous 7 quart oil circulation for cool reliable operation. There are no cone clutches that are prone to failure in these drives. The 540 units are also available in shortened lowers for added performance with reduced drag! These drives are also offered in kit form for Mercruiser TRS replacement upgrades

The US Military, DEA & Homeland security use these drives because Failure is NOT an option!
